Maximum Capacity Stickers – 500, 750 & Custom LBS

Display an established weight limit with yellow-and-black maximum capacity stickers printed with a pounds rating and “LBS MAX CAP.” Choose 500 LBS, 750 LBS or a custom printed weight for the equipment or storage location you need to identify.

Ratings and sizes

• 500 LBS MAX CAP: 9 inches wide × 2 inches tall.
• 750 LBS MAX CAP: 9 inches wide × 2 inches tall.
• Custom LBS MAX CAP: 9 inches wide × 2 inches tall or 10 inches wide × 4 inches tall.

The stock designs have bold black text on yellow. Custom preview images show “CUSTOM” as a placeholder for your requested weight, with ordering instructions outside the sticker design.

Ordering a custom weight

Select the custom-weight option and your size, then enter the exact weight to be printed in the Notes section of your shopping cart when checking out. These are custom printed labels, not blank write-in stickers.

Use a rating established for the actual equipment or storage configuration. We print the supplied weight; the sticker does not calculate, test or establish load capacity. Contact us about other sizes or weights, or call 419-677-5035 for bulk pricing on orders of 500 or more.

Using capacity labels on racks or equipment

For pallet-rack or shelf labeling, confirm what the stated rating applies to before ordering, such as a shelf, beam level or complete bay. The printed wording “LBS MAX CAP” does not specify that distinction, load distribution or rack configuration. Do not use a shelf rating as a complete-bay rating.

Place the label on a clean, smooth fixed surface where the person loading or operating the equipment can read it. Keep it associated with the correct shelf, rack section or equipment item without covering existing identification, manufacturer ratings or warnings.

This product is an adhesive capacity-identification sticker, not a structural assessment, load chart or certification. Applying it does not increase capacity, prevent overloading or establish regulatory compliance.
