The custom annual aerial-lift inspection sticker provides a 4 × 5-inch format with company-detail customization. Check the product page for its date layout, quantity options and ordering instructions.
Embossable inspection-label designs are also included. Read their complete printed wording and equipment references before choosing one; an equipment or crane inspection template is not automatically suitable for every scissor lift.
An inspection label records information. Ordering or applying it does not perform an inspection or establish that the machine has passed.
The Scissor Lift Annual Inspection Report and Aerial Lift Pre-Use Inspection Checklist are physical three-part carbonless forms. They are not adhesive decals or downloadable PDFs.
Choose the form that matches the inspection you intend to document. An annual report and a pre-use checklist serve different purposes, and neither should be selected solely because its title includes “aerial lift.”
Compare the listed inspection items with the machine manufacturer’s instructions and your inspection process.
Individual decals include Diesel Fuel Only, DEF Only, a three-points-of-contact warning and the Spanish No Step label, “NO PISAR.”
Match fuel labels to the correct fill point and the machine’s actual fuel and fluid systems. Do not assume a scissor lift uses diesel or DEF because those labels appear in this collection.
Check the access-warning artwork against the machine’s designated entry points and manufacturer instructions. A three-points-of-contact label is not a substitute for model-specific access or fall-protection guidance.
The collection also includes a Scissor Lift Safety Trained hard-hat sticker. Its printed message is separate from equipment inspection markings and does not itself provide training, qualification or authorization to operate a lift.
Use the manufacturer’s labeling information to identify the correct message, size and location for your machine. Do not assume these individual designs replace every factory warning, platform-capacity marking or control label.
Materials, quantities and application methods vary by product. Keep controls, viewing areas, identification plates and other required markings unobstructed when placing replacement or supplementary labels.
