    How long will delivery take?

    We ship our safety stickers usually one business day from the time of order. Most of the U.S. is 3 day shipping, so stickers should arrive in 3 to 5 days unless you select a faster shipping option at checkout.

    Do you have free shipping?

    We often run free shipping specials on orders over a certain amount. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will see this option when selecting your shipping options. You may also receive a free shipping code via email from time to time if you are signed up to receive emails from us.

    How do I track the progress of my order?

    You can check the progress of your order by logging into your account and going to the orders section. You can also reorder items or view your previous orders.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If you decide to change or cancel an order or just ordered the wrong sticker, contact CraneSafetyStickers.com as soon as possible. Orders are usually packaged and shipped the same business day so they are not in the shop long. We will do our best to make any changes we can if contacted before your items are packaged and shipped. If items are already shipped, you will have to wait to receive the order and follow our return policy.

    What is your return policy?

    We have a 20 day return policy you can read in detail here. In summary... you can return any item within 20 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for the same item in a different size as long as the following conditions are met.

    Unless damaged or defective, we accept the return of items only if they are unopened and in original condition. Stickers and decals items must be in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

    Do I have to pay for shipping on an exchanged item?

    You will have to pay for return postage yourself, unless your item is damaged, defective or delivered to you in error (we sent you the wrong sticker) in which case we will refund postage as stated on our returns and exchange policy. If items are returned for size change you may be sent an invoice for further shipping charges that accrue in shipping the item.
