Forklift Safety Stickers & Inspection Decals

Shop forklift safety stickers, inspection reminder decals and selected workplace warning labels. Choose English or Spanish daily inspection checklists, custom annual inspection stickers, or a warning design that matches the message you need to display.

Daily Forklift Inspection Checklist Stickers

Daily checklist decals provide a visible reminder of the inspection prompts printed on the design. The English version is available in 4 × 6 and 6 × 8 inches; the Spanish version is 6 × 8 inches.

These are physical reminder stickers, not downloadable forms or completed inspection logs. Compare the printed checklist with your forklift manufacturer’s instructions and workplace inspection procedure. A general reminder does not cover every item required for every truck or attachment.

Annual Inspection Stickers

Custom annual forklift inspection stickers provide company-detail and inspection-date identification. Follow the product’s ordering instructions for personalization and date marking.

An annual inspection sticker does not replace daily examinations, maintenance records or the inspection itself. Apply an inspection-status label only when its statement accurately reflects the work performed and your inspection program.

Warning Labels and Operator-Themed Stickers

This collection also includes selected load-handling, electrical-hazard and workplace notices, along with forklift-themed hard-hat stickers. Read each product’s exact message and intended use before ordering.

A “trained” or “certified” hard-hat sticker does not establish operator qualification or replace the employer’s required training, evaluation and records. General warning stickers are not a complete replacement labeling kit for a particular forklift model.

Inspection Requirements and Placement

OSHA’s powered industrial truck standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7), requires trucks to be examined before being placed in service, at least daily. Trucks used on a round-the-clock basis must be examined after each shift. OSHA guidance explains that a checklist is not specifically required, although the employer remains responsible for ensuring proper inspection.

Place reminder decals where the intended reader can see them without obstructing visibility, controls, capacity plates, manufacturer labels or existing warnings. Follow the manufacturer’s designated locations for equipment safety labels. Do not use a generic decal to alter a forklift’s rated capacity or operating instructions.
