Placement and use

Consider a fixed panel near the operator’s normal inspection starting point or operating station, readable from a safe position. Apply to a clean, smooth surface without covering controls, instruments, visibility areas, the capacity plate, manufacturer identification or other warnings. Follow the manufacturer’s specified placement when available.

This is a physical adhesive reminder decal, not a downloadable PDF, Word template, inspection log or annual inspection record. The printed lines introduce checklist items; this product is not represented as a reusable write-on/wipe-off inspection form.

Use the checklist alongside the manufacturer’s inspection procedures and your workplace program. Some listed fluid or fuel checks might not apply to every forklift.
