    How do I place an order?

    Using the website menu to browse for an item or the search feature in the top left will help you quickly find the item you are looking for. Click the add to cart button. If you want to purchase more than one product you can do that in your shopping cart by clicking on add to cart again or the shopping cart icon on the top right of page.

    In the shopping cart you can add or subtract the quantity of each product or item. Shipping will be added and calculated when you add your shipping destination.

    Click the checkout button when you are finished shopping.

    Add your address, email, phone and payment details to our secure online forms. To skip this in the future, create an account so next time you can sign in. CraneSafetyStickers.com will remember your account information for you.

    Go through the payment process by either clicking PayPal or Google Pay or adding your credit card information.

    Do I need an account to shop at CraneSafetySticker.com?

    No, you do not need to set up an account. It is recommended that you do, so next time you need to order you do not have to add your details and will save you time. By setting up an account with us you can view order tracking and receive emails with special offers, discounts etc.

    You can jump in and start shopping without an account and if you decide to make one you can do that when you check out.

    What if I want to purchase an out of stock item?

    We print and cut all of our own stickers and decals here at CraneSafetyStickers.com so if the case of an out of stock item we usually print them daily so you should not see any delay in getting your safety stickers.

    Will the item color match the color on my computer screen?

    The safety sticker may not exactly match the color of your computer screen due to so many different reasons, such as monitor settings, web browsers, phone or tablet browsers etc. CraneSafetyStickers.com prides itself in creating high quality stickers and keeping the colors from one to the next as close as possible. We do update our stickers and may change the color slightly to enhance the look of the decal. If the image colors are changed, the product image will be updated so that you will always see the current product.

    What if the sticker I want is not the size I need?

    Each safety sticker has the size shown in the description in inches. Example: 4 3/4" is four and three quarters of an inch. If you need a different size, please contact us as we can make any size sticker/decal you need with NO SETUP FEES!

    How can I pay for my order?

    You can pay when checking out by Google Pay, PayPal or any major credit card by clicking the PayPal logo and checking the box pay with credit card.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    If paying by credit card at checkout, once payment is authorized, it will be processed immediately and you will receive an email from CraneSafetyStickers.com with a receipt confirming your order. If you are purchasing an out of stock item, you will be charged at checkout as if it was in stock. We will ship the safety sticker the following day when it is printed with the rest of your order.

    CraneSafetyStickers.com delivers to the entire U.S. and Canada.

    How long will delivery take?

    We ship our safety stickers usually one business day from the time of order. Most of the U.S. is 3 day shipping, so stickers should arrive in 3 to 5 days unless you select a faster shipping option at checkout.

    Do you have free shipping?

    We often run free shipping specials on orders over a certain amount. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will see this option when selecting your shipping options. You may also receive a free shipping code via email from time to time if you are signed up to receive emails from us.

    How do I track the progress of my order?

    You can check the progress of your order by logging into your account and going to the orders section. You can also reorder items or view your previous orders.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If you decide to change or cancel an order or just ordered the wrong sticker, contact CraneSafetyStickers.com as soon as possible. Orders are usually packaged and shipped the same business day so they are not in the shop long. We will do our best to make any changes we can if contacted before your items are packaged and shipped. If items are already shipped, you will have to wait to receive the order and follow our return policy.

    What is your return policy?

    We have a 20 day return policy you can read in detail here. In summary... you can return any item within 20 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for the same item in a different size as long as the following conditions are met.

    Unless damaged or defective, we accept the return of items only if they are unopened and in original condition. Stickers and decals items must be in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

    Do I have to pay for shipping on an exchanged item?

    You will have to pay for return postage yourself, unless your item is damaged, defective or delivered to you in error (we sent you the wrong sticker) in which case we will refund postage as stated on our returns and exchange policy. If items are returned for size change you may be sent an invoice for further shipping charges that accrue in shipping the item.

    How long do I have to exchange an item?
