Pallet Rack Weight Capacity Labels & Max Load Stickers

Shop pallet rack weight capacity labels and maximum-load stickers for displaying established load limits. Compare stock-rated labels, custom-printed capacity markings and write-in designs for shelf and bay information.

Choose wording that matches the rating you need to display. A maximum load per shelf is not the same as a maximum load per bay, and a general equipment or platform capacity label is not automatically a pallet-rack capacity label.

Printed Pallet Rack Capacity Labels

Choose from Max Load Shelf designs with standard weight options or a custom-printed weight. Available formats include 11 × 3-inch and 7 × 3-inch labels, along with a 3 × 5-inch design-online option.

Check each listing for its exact wording, units, quantity choices and customization method. Some products request the capacity in your order Notes; the design-online option uses its customization tool.

Write-In Shelf and Bay Labels

The write-in pallet-rack design provides separate fields for maximum load per shelf and per bay. Use each field for the corresponding confirmed rating rather than repeating one value in both spaces by default.

Other write-in designs in this collection refer to general maximum capacity or platform loads. Read the complete printed message and select the format intended for your application.

Stock and Custom Maximum-Load Markings

Additional options include larger stock-rated and custom capacity stickers, selected signs and magnetic formats. Sizes, materials and attachment methods vary by product.

Compare the individual listing before ordering. Do not assume that every weight, size or material is available across every design.

Confirm the Rating Before Ordering

Obtain the applicable capacity information from the rack manufacturer, supplier or a qualified rack-design professional. Identify whether the supplied rating applies to a shelf level, bay, platform or another specific component or configuration.

Do not calculate rack capacity from the sticker choices or select a higher printed value simply because it is available. A label communicates an established rating; it does not calculate, certify or increase the capacity of the rack.

If the rack configuration or loading arrangement has changed, have the applicable rating confirmed before ordering replacement markings.

Label Selection and Placement

Choose a size and location that make the rating readable to personnel loading or using the rack. Follow the rack supplier’s labeling instructions and keep existing identification plates, capacity information and inspection markings unobstructed.

Check surface preparation and application details on the selected product page. Capacity labels do not replace rack inspections, damage reporting or safe loading practices.
