Crane Swinging Upper Crush Hazard Sticker – Horizontal or Vertical

This non-OEM crane rotation warning sticker warns people to keep clear of the swinging upper. Choose a horizontal or vertical layout to match the replacement warning and mounting space on your rough-terrain crane.

Both designs have a red DANGER header and an illustration of a person being crushed between moving and fixed surfaces.

The vertical design carries the same keep-clear warning but does not include the separate “CRUSHING HAZARD” caption.

Choose the layout and size

Horizontal, CSr-004: 10 inches wide × 5 inches tall. The warning text appears on the left, with the illustration and CRUSHING HAZARD caption on the right.

Vertical, CSr-004V: 4¼ inches wide × 8¾ inches tall. The illustration appears beneath the DANGER header, with the warning text below it.

Compare the complete wording, artwork, dimensions and orientation with the label specified for your equipment. These are non-OEM replacement decals, not a claim of universal fit across rough-terrain crane models.

Placement for approaching personnel

Follow the equipment manufacturer’s decal map and preserve the original location when replacing a matching warning.

As general guidance, use a visible, fixed exterior panel facing the relevant approach to the rotating upper or counterweight area. People should be able to read the warning before entering the hazard area; a cab-only label may not communicate the message to those approaching from the ground.

These are general recommendations, not verified factory locations for a particular crane. Do not enter a swing or crush area to install the decal. Apply to a suitable clean, dry surface without covering controls, identification, load charts or other warnings.

This sticker communicates the printed warning. It does not restrict rotation, establish a safe clearance distance or replace barriers, manufacturer instructions and site procedures.
