Hydraulic Energy Source Labels – Brown H-1 to H-6 & Custom

EST-H-001

These brown hydraulic energy source labels identify hydraulic isolation points within an equipment energy control program. Each sticker pairs a white H-number with a white circle containing a black triangle on a brown background.

Printed identification and design

H-[selected number], with a white circle and black triangle symbol, plus a white rounded border. Standard printed identifiers run from H-1 through H-6.

This is the brown EST-H design, distinct from our blue hydraulic energy source labels. Match the design and identifier to your facility's equipment identification system.

Size and options

  • Size: 3 inches wide × 1½ inches tall.
  • Choose the Text option corresponding to H-1, H-2, H-3, H-4, H-5 or H-6.
  • Select EST-H-CUST for a custom printed identifier.
  • These are adhesive stickers, not hanging or personal lockout tags.
  • Selecting a number does not supply a complete numbered set.

Custom hydraulic identifiers

Custom examples include H-99, H-1-1 and H-A-1. Select EST-H-CUST and contact us with the exact hydraulic source identifier required.

The custom image's H-? is a placeholder, not a blank write-in field. The red arrow and ADD YOUR SOURCE NUMBER HERE caption explain customization and are not part of the printed sticker.

Recommended placement

Place the label on a suitable fixed surface at or beside the corresponding hydraulic isolation point, visible to personnel identifying that point. Match the H-number to the equipment-specific energy control procedure, keeping existing warnings, equipment identification and service access unobstructed.

This is general placement guidance, not a verified factory mounting location. Have the person responsible for the equipment's energy control procedure confirm the identifier and position. Use a suitable clean, dry surface compatible with the actual application conditions.

Identification for lockout/tagout procedures

These hydraulic LOTO stickers identify energy sources; they do not lock a control, isolate a circuit, release stored hydraulic pressure or verify a zero-energy condition. The H-number and symbol do not indicate valve position, pressure, flow direction or that equipment is safe to service.

Use identification labels alongside the equipment-specific procedure, not in place of locks, personal lockout tags, pressure checks or other required isolation measures.
