Choosing Your Replacement Label

Compare the size, complete wording and illustration with your equipment manufacturer's required replacement label. This is a warning decal, not an inspection record, certification label, replacement wire rope or lifting component. Its illustration does not establish compatibility with every crane or hoist.

Recommended Placement

For a cab-operated crane, we recommend a visible fixed interior panel near the hoist controls where the operator can read the warning before use without obstructing windows, instruments or load charts. For a ground-control boom truck, consider a visible fixed panel beside the winch or hoist controls. For an overhead or bridge crane, use the manufacturer's specified control-station or inspection-area label location.

These are general recommendations, not verified factory positions for every model. Use the original warning-label position when known and follow the manufacturer's decal-location guidance. Place the decal on a suitable stationary surface, not on the wire rope itself or on moving sheaves, drums or other moving components. The warning should be readable without entering the rope path or a pinch zone.

Do not cover controls, rating plates, inspection instructions or other warnings. Follow the decal's application instructions and prepare a clean, dry surface.
