Pneumatic Energy Source Labels – P-1 to P-15 & Custom

EST-P-001

These pneumatic energy source labels identify compressed-air disconnect locations within an equipment energy control program. White P-number lettering and an AIR graphic with two gauges appear on a blue background.

Printed identification and graphic

P-[selected number] and AIR.

Standard selections run from P-1 through P-15. The AIR graphic, gauges, identifier and white rounded border are printed together on one blue sticker.

Size and selection

  • Size: 3 inches wide × 1½ inches tall.
  • Choose P-1 through P-15 or the custom Text option.
  • Adhesive identification stickers, not hanging tags.
  • The Text option identifies the printed source number, not a pack containing every number.

Custom pneumatic source identifiers

Choose the custom Text option and enter the exact identifiers required in the Notes section when checking out. Examples include P-99, P-1-1 and P-A-1. State the full identifier you want printed.

The custom image's P-? is a placeholder. Its red arrow and ADD YOUR SOURCE NUMBER HERE caption explain customization; they are not part of the printed sticker. Custom identifiers are printed for your order, not supplied as blank write-in fields.

Recommended placement

Place each label on a suitable fixed surface at or beside the corresponding pneumatic isolation point, visible to personnel identifying that point. Match the identifier to the equipment-specific energy control procedure. Keep valve positions, equipment identification, existing warnings and service access unobstructed.

This is general placement guidance, not a verified factory mounting location. Have the person responsible for the equipment's energy control procedure confirm the identifier and position. Apply to a suitable clean, dry surface.

Identification, not air isolation

These stickers identify pneumatic energy sources; they do not close or lock a valve, vent stored air or verify that pressure has been isolated. The printed gauges are illustrations, not functioning pressure indicators. A P-number is not a pressure rating or an indication that equipment is safe to service.

The labels do not replace equipment-specific isolation procedures, locks, testing or other required hazard information.
