This Look Up and Live danger sticker reminds equipment operators to keep clear of overhead electrical hazards. A red DANGER header and bold LOOK UP AND LIVE! wording are flanked by yellow triangular lightning-bolt and overhead-power-line pictograms.

The compact horizontal decal measures 4¾ inches wide × 1¾ inches tall. It is an adhesive equipment warning label, not a flag or a freestanding site sign.

Recommended placement

As a general recommendation, place the warning on a visible operator-facing panel beside the controls used to raise a boom, lift arms, truck body or other equipment that could approach overhead wires. For cab-operated equipment, choose a panel visible from the seated operating position. For ground-operated equipment, use the relevant exterior control-station panel so the warning is visible where those functions are operated.

This is general guidance, not a verified factory location for a particular machine. Match the original warning location and manufacturer's instructions when replacing a label. Keep controls, gauges, load charts, windows and existing warnings unobstructed; do not apply it to insulating components without manufacturer approval.
