Custom Pallet Rack Capacity Labels – 7 × 3-Inch Max Load Shelf

These custom pallet rack capacity labels display the maximum load for an individual shelf using your supplied weight. Each 7 × 3-inch adhesive sticker has a yellow CAUTION header, a black warning triangle and MAX LOAD\SHELF wording above the printed capacity.

The standard example shows lbs. You can request TON instead when supplying your printing instructions. The red CUSTOM text in the image is a placeholder for your weight, not a blank write-in field. The shopping-cart Notes instruction and quantity caption outside the label are not printed on the sticker.

How to order

1. Select the quantity required: 1, 10, 25, 50, 100 or 200 labels.
2. Add the item to your cart.
3. In the shopping cart's Notes section, enter the exact weight and unit you want printed, including whether the unit should read lbs or TON.

Size and label format

Each label measures 7 inches wide × 3 inches tall. The weight is custom printed, and the sticker is laminated. This listing is for adhesive labels, not hanging tags, magnets or rigid rack signs.

The six images show the same custom-label design with different quantity captions. Select the label count from the Quantity option; the gallery does not represent six different capacity ratings.

Confirm the shelf capacity before ordering

Supply the verified capacity for the specific shelf and rack configuration. A shelf limit is not necessarily the capacity of the entire bay, upright frame or racking system. The label communicates the rating you provide; it does not calculate, certify or increase that rating.

If the correct capacity is uncertain, obtain it from the rack manufacturer, supplier or a qualified person responsible for evaluating the installed configuration before choosing a printed value.

Recommended placement

Apply the label to a suitable clean, dry surface at the corresponding shelf level, facing the aisle or loading approach so forklift operators and material handlers can associate it with the correct shelf. Keep existing rack identification, warnings, connections and inspection areas unobstructed.

Measure the available space and check visibility from the normal loading position before choosing this 7 × 3-inch format. This is general placement guidance, not a verified manufacturer mounting location.
