Placement for people near the outriggers

For cranes and bucket trucks, consider a visible exterior surface near the outrigger assembly, positioned so people approaching the area can see the warning before entering the movement zone. Keep it readable without requiring someone to reach into a pinch point or stand beneath moving equipment.

For equipment with ground-level outrigger controls, a visible fixed panel beside the controls can provide an additional operator reminder. A label inside a crane cab alone does not communicate the warning to people standing outside near the outriggers.
