Crane Capacity Alert System Warning Sticker – 6 × 6 Inches

I-045

This crane capacity alert system warning sticker displays the system limitations, jib-operation warning and reset wording shown in the product image. I-045 measures 6 inches wide × 6 inches tall, with black text, safety-alert symbols and a black border on white.

This is a replacement information decal, not a capacity alert system, sensor, controller, load chart or capacity-rating plate. Match its complete wording to the equipment manufacturer's instructions before ordering or applying it.

Full printed sticker text

The following transcribes the artwork, including its printed wording. It describes this decal, not a universal operating or overload-recovery procedure.

CAUTION

THIS CRANE IS EQUIPPED WITH A CAPACITY ALERT SYSTEM. THE CAPACITY ALERT SYSTEM IS INTENDED TO BE USED AS AN AID TO PREVENT MOST OVER LOAD CONDITIONS. DO NOT USE THE CAPACITY ALERT SYSTEM AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SAFE OPERATING PRACTICES. AS OUTLINED IN THE "SAFETY AND OPERATIONS" SECTION OF THE OWNER'S MANUAL, NOR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE WEIGHT OF THE LOAD TO BE LIFTER, THE LOAD RADIUS OR THE, RATED CAPACITY.

DANGER

DO NOT EXPECT THE CAPACITY ALERT SYSTEM TO DETECT ALL POSSIBLE OVERLOAD CONDITIONS. Consult your Owner's Manual for the complete listing of expected overload conditions.

JIB OPERATIONS

The capacity alert system does not provide accurate indication of overload conditions when operating with a jib deployed. Reliance upon the system to warn of overload conditions with the jib deployed (or other expected overload conditions) can result in structural damage. instability. personal injury or death.

ATTENTION

WHEN AN OVERLOAD CONDITIONS IS REACHED, THE LIFT-DOWN, WINCH-UP AND BOOM-EXTEND FUNCTIONS WILL CEASE TO OPERATE.

TO RESET CAPACITY ALERT SYSTEM:
RELIEVE THE OVERLOAD CONDITIONS BY:

  • WINCH THE LOAD DOWN
  • RETRACTING THE BOOM
  • LIFTING THE BOOM UP

Replacement-label comparison

This decal is similar to National Crane 876415. That reference is for comparison, not a claim of genuine National Crane origin or compatibility with every crane or system configuration. Compare the original label reference, 6 × 6-inch dimensions and complete system-specific wording.

Applying this label does not install, repair, calibrate or verify the capacity alert system, or change the crane's rated capacity. Use the manufacturer's current instructions and applicable load chart for the actual equipment. Do not rely on this product description as instructions for recovering from an overload.

Recommended placement

A practical general location is a visible panel at the crane operating station beside the capacity-alert display or related operating information, where the operator can read the warning before operation. For ground controls, use a panel beside that control station; for cab-operated equipment, select a position readable from the operating seat.

This is general guidance, not a verified factory location for a particular model. Use the original label position when known and confirm the manufacturer's decal-location instructions. Do not cover the alert display, controls, instruments, load charts or other warnings.
