Electrical Energy Source Labels – Numbered Disconnect Stickers

These electrical energy source labels identify disconnect locations using a red lightning-bolt symbol and a matching E-number. Use the identifiers to correspond with the electrical isolation points documented in your equipment's energy control procedure.

The design has a red lightning bolt, red identifier and rounded red border on white. Standard selections run from E-1 through E-40.

Custom source numbering

Choose the custom Text option and enter the exact identifiers required in the Notes section when checking out. Examples include E-99, E-1-1 and E-A-1. State the full identifier you want printed to avoid ambiguity.

The custom image's E-? is an example placeholder. Its blue arrow and ADD YOUR SOURCE NUMBER HERE caption explain customization; they are not part of the printed sticker. Custom identifiers are printed for your order, not supplied as blank write-in fields.

Recommended placement

Place each sticker on a suitable fixed surface at or beside the corresponding electrical disconnect, visible to personnel identifying that isolation point. Match the identifier to the correct equipment procedure and avoid covering switch positions, equipment identification, ratings or hazard warnings.

Identification, not isolation

These labels identify electrical energy sources; they do not lock a disconnect, indicate whether it is energized or verify that energy has been isolated. They are not personal lockout tags and do not replace equipment-specific energy control procedures, locks, testing or other required hazard information.

A numbered sticker alone does not establish compliance or make equipment safe to service.
