Custom annual crane inspection stickers identify the inspection company and display the date an annual crane inspection was performed. Personalize the labels with your company name, address and phone number, with a company-logo option available.

Sticker Size and Pack Quantities

Size: 5 inches wide × 4 inches tall.

Pack quantities: 10, 25, 50 or 100 stickers.

Inspection Wording and Date Marking

The pictured design includes “ANNUAL CRANE INSPECTION,” a “Performed By” section for your business information, and a “Date Performed” grid with month, day and year selections.

Use a hole punch to mark the date the inspection was completed, rather than the next inspection due date. The printed year choices are updated when the stickers are produced.

Printed statement: “THIS CRANE PASSED AN ANNUAL INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANSI B30.5.”

This is the statement printed on the label, not a certification supplied with your purchase. Apply the sticker only after the inspection it describes has been completed. The label does not perform or certify an inspection, establish compliance or replace inspection records.

Ordering Your Custom Stickers

Company information: Enter the company name, address and phone number you want printed in the notes section of your cart. Check spelling and contact details before submitting your order.

Company logo: To include your company logo, reply to your order confirmation email and attach the logo file.

Proof requests: If you would like a proof by text, include your cell phone number and “text proof” in your order notes. You can also request a proof by email.

Production Time and Assistance

Custom sticker turnaround is usually 1–2 business days after the order details are complete and any requested proof is approved. This is production time, not delivery time. If you need the stickers sooner, contact us before ordering to discuss your deadline.
