Custom Crane Inspection Certificate Stickers – Company Text or Logo

Personalize these yellow-and-black crane inspection certificate stickers with your company details or logo. Each sticker measures 3¾ inches wide × 3³⁄₁₆ inches tall and includes an INSPECTED BY field, month markings and four year choices for punch-date identification.

How to send your company details

Enter your company name, address and phone number in the Notes section of your shopping cart when checking out.

For a logo design, reply to your order confirmation email and attach the logo you want printed. The company details and logos shown in the product images are examples, not information that must appear on your order.

The border includes JANUARY through DECEMBER and four year choices. Printed years are updated when the stickers are produced; the years pictured are examples.

The ordering captions, “With Text” and “With Logo” headings, and colored demonstration arrows surrounding the examples are not part of the sticker design.

Marking and placement

Use the month and year markings to identify the expiration date according to the completed inspection record and your inspection procedures. Complete the INSPECTED BY field with the appropriate information.

Follow the equipment manufacturer’s labeling guidance and your fleet procedures when selecting a location. Choose a suitable clean, dry surface where the sticker can be read without covering controls, capacity information, identification or other warnings.

Sticker and inspection report serve different purposes

This is a custom inspection-identification sticker, not an inspection service or the detailed inspection report referenced in its wording. Purchasing or applying it does not establish that equipment has been inspected, certify its condition or determine the required inspection interval.
