Hydraulic Energy Source Labels – H-1 to H-6 & Custom

EST-Hy-001

These hydraulic energy source labels identify hydraulic disconnect locations within an equipment energy control program. Each blue sticker carries a white H-number and a white circular symbol containing a black triangle.

Printed identification and design

H-1, H-2, H-3, H-4, H-5 or H-6, depending on the option selected.

The labels have white identifiers and a white rounded border on blue. The symbol and identifier are printed together on one adhesive sticker.

Size and selection

  • Size: 3 inches wide × 1½ inches tall.
  • Standard options: EST-Hy-1 through EST-Hy-6, printing H-1 through H-6 respectively.
  • Custom option: EST-Hy-CUST.
  • These are adhesive identification labels, not hanging tags.
  • Select the identifier needed; the Text option is not a pack containing every number.

Custom hydraulic source identifiers

Custom identifiers can be printed to match your numbering system. Examples include H-99, H-1-1 and H-A-1. Select EST-Hy-CUST and contact us with the exact hydraulic source identifier to print.

The custom image's H-? is a placeholder. Its red arrow and ADD YOUR SOURCE NUMBER HERE caption explain customization; they are not part of the printed sticker. The custom option is printed for your order, not supplied as a blank write-in field.

Recommended placement

Place each label on a suitable fixed surface at or beside the corresponding hydraulic isolation point, visible to personnel identifying that point. Match its identifier to the equipment-specific energy control procedure. Keep valve positions, equipment identification, existing warnings and service access unobstructed.

This is general placement guidance, not a verified factory mounting location. Have the person responsible for the equipment's energy control procedure confirm the identifier and location. Apply to a suitable clean, dry surface.

Identification, not pressure isolation

These stickers identify hydraulic energy sources; they do not close or lock a valve, release stored pressure or verify that the system is isolated. An H-number is not a pressure rating or an indication that equipment is safe to service.

The labels do not replace equipment-specific isolation procedures, locks, testing or other required hazard information.

Created, printed, cut and shipped in the USA.
