Gas Energy Source Labels – G-1 to G-6 & Custom

EST-G-001

These gas energy source labels identify gas disconnect locations within an equipment energy control program. White G-number lettering and a GAS graphic with two gauges appear on a purple background.

Printed identification and graphic

G-[selected number] and GAS.

Standard selections run from G-1 through G-6. The gauge graphic, identifier and white rounded border are printed together on one purple sticker.

Size and selection

  • Size: 3 inches wide × 1½ inches tall.
  • Choose G-1 through G-6 or the custom Text option.
  • Adhesive identification stickers, not hanging tags.
  • The Text option identifies the printed source number, not a pack containing every number.

Custom gas source identifiers

Choose the custom Text option and enter the exact identifiers required in the Notes section when checking out. Examples include G-99, G-1-1 and G-A-1. State the full identifier you want printed.

The custom image's G-? is a placeholder. Its red arrow and ADD YOUR SOURCE NUMBER HERE caption explain customization; they are not part of the printed sticker. Custom identifiers are printed for your order, not supplied as blank write-in fields.

Recommended placement

Place each label on a suitable fixed surface at or beside the corresponding gas isolation point, visible to personnel identifying that point. Match the identifier to the equipment-specific energy control procedure. Keep valve-position markings, equipment identification, existing warnings and service access unobstructed.

This is general placement guidance, not a verified factory mounting location. Have the person responsible for the equipment's energy control procedure confirm the identifier and position. Choose a suitable clean, dry surface compatible with the actual application conditions.

Identification, not gas isolation

These stickers identify gas energy sources; they do not close or lock a valve, release stored pressure, detect leaks or verify that a system is isolated. The printed gauges are illustrations, not functioning pressure indicators.

The GAS wording does not identify a specific gas, its hazards, cylinder contents or pressure rating. A G-number does not indicate that equipment is safe to service. These labels do not replace equipment-specific isolation procedures, locks, testing or other required hazard information.
