Choose wording that matches your aerial device

The body belt and lanyard statement above reproduces the printed label; it is not a universal recommendation for every aerial lift or fall-protection application. Confirm the required equipment, attachment point and replacement-label wording with the aerial device manufacturer and your workplace's applicable fall-protection procedures.

Do not assume this vehicle-and-outrigger wording fits every boom lift or scissor lift. The sticker does not supply a capacity rating, certify an inspection, or replace the operator's manual, training, daily inspection procedure or equipment-specific setup instructions.

Recommended placement

As general guidance, choose an operator-facing fixed panel at the relevant control station or access point where the instructions can be read before setup and operation. Where ground and platform controls are separate, follow the manufacturer's marking instructions for each station rather than assuming one label serves both.

Use the manufacturer's specified replacement-label location when available. A model-specific factory position has not been verified here. Keep controls, instruments, identification plates, capacity markings and other required warnings unobstructed.

Browse our crane replacement safety decals or see the separate bucket truck safety decal kit. Check each product's contents and wording against your equipment before ordering.
