Keep key crawler crane stability warnings visible with this Crawler Crane Tipping Hazard decal. The 11 × 5½-inch warning label reminds personnel to follow the crane’s load-rating charts, verify the applicable monitoring and control systems, use the operating and safety manuals, and position the crane on a properly supported level surface.
This is a supplemental warning decal. Before ordering or installation, confirm that its wording, equipment references, and instructions match the crane manufacturer’s requirements and the configuration of your specific machine.
DANGER — Tipping Hazard
To avoid death or serious injury, ensure the load and crane’s configuration are within capacity as shown on the crane’s load-rating charts and notes.
This crane should have a functional Load Moment Indicator and control lock-out system. Test daily for proper operation.
Follow instructions in the operator’s and safety handbook.
Position crane on firm, level surface. Ensure tracks are fully extended and properly supported.
Install the decal in a location where personnel can review it before operating or inspecting the crane. Do not cover required manufacturer labels, load charts, controls, inspection information, visibility areas, or equipment damage.
Apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface after removing dust, grease, moisture, loose material, and adhesive residue. Press firmly across the full decal. Inspect it routinely and replace it if it becomes loose, damaged, faded, outdated, or illegible.
This decal does not replace the crane manufacturer’s labels, load charts, manuals, inspections, maintenance, training, lift planning, ground-condition assessment, or applicable regulatory requirements. Applying the decal does not by itself certify the crane, verify system operation, or establish OSHA, ASME, or manufacturer compliance.
Requirements for a Load Moment Indicator, control lock-out system, inspection frequency, track extension, and support can vary by crane. Confirm that every printed instruction applies to the specific machine before installation.
