DANGER Failure to obey the following will result in death or serious injury.
• Inspect equipment and its operation daily.
• For equipment stability, use only on solid, level surface with outriggers properly extended.
• Equipment must be level.
• Operate all controls slowly and smoothly.
• Never operate the equipment with personnel under boom or load.
• Keep load under boom tip. Do not side load boom or drag loads. Avoid free swinging loads.
• Keep at least 3 wraps of loadline on winch drum.
• For travel, boom and outriggers must be in stowed position.
