This 4-inch-wide × 5-inch-tall crane safety rules sticker carries the warning “Failure to obey the following will result in death or serious injury.” I-014O combines an oval OSHA danger header with three instructions about manufacturer-recommended inspections and maintenance, approved modifications and parts, and chassis mounting.

  • Follow all recommended inspections and maintenance practices listed in the crane manufacture's manuals. If the manuals are missing from this crane, contact the manufacturer for replacement.
  • Do not modify or alter this crane without written manufacturers approval. Use only manufacturers approved attachments or parts on this crane.
  • Crane must be mounted on factory recommended chassis. If remounted or rebuilt the crane must be recertified.

Match the artwork to your replacement label

The portrait-format adhesive vinyl decal has white DANGER lettering inside a red oval on black, black instructions on white, and “DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY” highlighted in red. For the same message with a rectangular safety-alert danger header, see I-014.

Compare the full message, header, and dimensions with the label specified for your equipment. In particular, the chassis-mounting instruction should match the equipment application; this is not a universal rules label for every crane type.
