To comply with OSHA 1910.179, the maximum load capacity decal must be mounted on the structural bridge or trolley frame of the overhead crane. It must be positioned where it is plainly visible from the operating floor. This ensures the rated load is clearly communicated to prevent safe capacity limits from being exceeded.

ASME B30.20 requires below-the-hook lifting devices, including lifting beams and spreader bars, to display their rated design limits. These decals are designed to stick to the side of the structural lifting beam or spreader bar. Clear and compliant labeling ensures critical load rating information is immediately visible to the crew.

Maximum weight limit stickers must be applied directly to the boom section or the platform basket of bucket trucks and boom trucks. This ensures the safe working load limit is clearly specified right where operators load and control the equipment. Proper placement on the boom or basket helps prevent dangerous overloading hazards during utility and construction work.

In accordance with ASME B30.20, below-the-hook lifting devices like spreader bars or lifting beams must have their rated load clearly marked on a highly visible structural side surface. These capacity stickers satisfy the standard by providing a clear, permanent weight limit designation on the side of the device. This ensures the rated capacity is readily identifiable to riggers and crane operators before use.

On boom trucks and bucket trucks, the capacity decals should be applied near the operator control stations or directly on the structural boom sections. They can also be mounted directly on the bucket or platform to clearly indicate the maximum platform capacity limit. This placement ensures critical weight limit information is immediately visible to workers before entering the platform or operating the boom.

Great Customer service, Durable and clean look

First off I would like to point out that the customer service is amazing. Secondly, the stickers are the perfect size to not take too much room on a hard hat or a type 2 helmet. We recently made the move to type 2 helmets and my foreman and superintendents were not to ecstatic about it but when they knew they would get new stickers they were happy and specifically asked for some that said they were trained in this. Bought some others from another store but those were round and took up way too much room! Found these and knew that they would be the perfect size. They look great and everyone is happy with them.

These stickers are made out of the great durable material. These fit our type two helmet that the company just moved over to. A lot of our foreman and Superintendent were not happy with the move to the helmets and when we did, they asked specifically for a first aid CPR sticker. I ordered some from another website and those were just too big. They took up too much room, but these were perfect. when I handed them out my guys were ecstatic and happy that these were just the right size for the hardhats that they are utilizing now in the field.
