OSHA Mandated Hazards

OSHA Mandated Hazard Safety Stickers & Decals

OSHA requires specific safety labels to be posted wherever workers are exposed to recognized hazards on cranes, heavy equipment, and job sites. Missing or illegible hazard stickers can result in failed inspections, OSHA citations, and — most importantly — serious worker injuries or fatalities.

Our OSHA mandated hazard stickers are made from durable laminated vinyl built to withstand grease, oil, UV exposure, and harsh job site conditions. Every label is designed to meet OSHA and ASME compliance standards.

OSHA Mandated Hazard Categories

  • Electrical Hazard & Power Line Clearance — Required wherever equipment operates near energized power lines. Includes OSHA 1910 and OSHA 1926 compliant labels for cranes, bucket trucks, and crawlers.
  • Crush Hazard — Required at outrigger pads, stabilizers, and any area where workers can be caught between moving parts and fixed objects.
  • Pinch Point Warnings — Required wherever rotating or moving parts create a pinch or entanglement risk.
  • Fall Hazard — Required on elevated platforms, bucket trucks, and aerial lifts where workers are at risk of falling.
  • Swing Radius & Struck-By Hazards — Required on cranes and equipment with rotating superstructures to warn ground personnel of the danger zone.
