California BIT Inspection Stickers – Inspection & Due Date Record

California BIT inspection stickers provide a visible record of the inspection date and next inspection due date, with a separate line for the inspector’s name. Blue and red date grids distinguish the completed inspection from the next scheduled inspection.

Size, quantities and printed years

• Each sticker measures 6½ inches wide × 3¼ inches tall.
• Choose packs of 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 or 512 stickers.
• Years are updated when printed, starting with the current year and continuing through the next three years.
• Product images show an example year range; the years printed on your order are updated as described above.

The blue Inspection Date grid and red Next Inspection Due Date grid each include MONTH 1–12, DAY 1–31 and four YEAR choices.

Marking and placement

Punch the applicable month, day and year in each grid to record the inspection date and the next due date. Enter the inspector’s name on the “Inspected By” line. A long-reach hole punch for inspection stickers is available separately.

Choose a clean, smooth location where the person checking the equipment can easily find and read the date record. Do not cover other identification, warnings or required markings. Follow your fleet’s inspection and label-placement procedures.

This product is a date-record sticker, not an inspection service, inspection report or certification. Use the next-due date determined by your inspection program; the sticker does not establish the inspection interval or replace required records.
