Custom Annual Rigging Inspection Stickers – 5 × 4 Inches

Custom annual rigging inspection stickers display the inspection company’s details and the date the inspection was performed. Each black-and-white label measures 5 inches wide × 4 inches tall and includes a month, day and year grid for hole-punch marking.

Quantities and customization

Choose packs of 10, 25, 50 or 100 stickers. Add your name or company name, address and phone number to the Notes section of your cart when checking out. The company information pictured is an example, not the business details printed on your order.

For a logo design, reply to your order confirmation email and attach your logo. To request a proof by text, include your cell phone number and “text proof” in the checkout Notes. A proof can also be requested by email.

Custom stickers usually take 1–2 business days to produce after the order details and any requested proof are approved. Contact us about a rush order if you need them sooner.

The years are updated when printed. The product images show an example year range. Ordering captions, demonstration arrows and example punched holes outside or over the design are instructional image details, not preprinted markings on your stickers.

Marking and placement

Use a hole punch to mark the month, day and year the inspection was performed. A long-reach hole punch for inspection stickers is available separately.

Choose a clean, smooth location where the inspection date can be found and read during record checks. Do not cover equipment identification, capacity information or safety warnings. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s and your inspection program’s placement procedures.

The ANSI B30.5 statement above reproduces the printed wording; buying or applying the sticker does not establish that an inspection was completed or certify compliance.
