Crush Hazard Stickers, Warning Decals & Signs

Shop crush hazard stickers, warning decals and selected signs for cranes and machinery. Compare outrigger warnings, swing-area messages, track-crush labels and pinch-point designs.

This collection also includes related setup, tipping and operating instructions. Choose by the complete printed message and equipment application rather than assuming every design addresses the same hazard.

Outrigger and Stabilizer Warnings

Available designs warn about moving outriggers, crushing hazards and standing clear. Related labels address setup, leveling, pins and floats, extension and securing beams for travel.

These messages serve different purposes. A crush warning does not explain the complete setup sequence, and a travel reminder does not replace operating instructions.

Compare the wording and artwork with the machine’s actual outrigger arrangement before ordering.

Swing Areas, Rotation and Tracks

Choose from swing-radius warnings, rotating-superstructure messages, sound-horn-before-swing reminders and crawler-track crush labels.

Match each warning to the equipment’s movement and intended reader. A track warning is not interchangeable with a swing-area notice, and a rough-terrain crane instruction should not be assumed suitable for every machine.

Pinch Points and Moving Parts

Pinch-point designs include left and right arrows, safety-alert symbols and separate-arrow options. Other labels address rotating drivelines, moving booms and restricted work areas.

Check whether the arrow is printed within the label or supplied as a separate adhesive piece. Compare dimensions, symbols and complete wording on the individual listing.

Additional designs concern unsupported loads, boom assemblies, lift-arm support brackets, tire operation, overhead-crane travel paths and tipping hazards.

Some products have equipment-specific instructions or replacement applications, including non-OEM FASSI replica warnings. Confirm suitability rather than selecting solely by the hazard category.

Spanish and Bilingual Options

Selected outrigger, rotation and operating messages are available in Spanish. A bilingual English/Spanish pinch-point design is also included.

Review the selected artwork to confirm the printed language. Do not assume every design is bilingual or has an identical translated counterpart.

Selecting and Placing Labels

Use manufacturer-designated labeling locations where available. Position exterior warnings where approaching personnel can read them before entering the relevant hazard area, and operating reminders where the intended operator can read them before the task.

Keep labels on suitable fixed surfaces without obstructing controls, viewing areas, identification plates or other required markings. Check each product page for dimensions, materials, quantities and mounting options.

Warnings communicate hazards and restrictions. They do not provide guarding, prevent movement, establish exclusion distances or replace training and safe operating procedures.
