Pallet Rack Capacity Labels – Write-In Max Load per Shelf & Bay

Display your established shelf and bay weight limits with these write-in pallet rack capacity labels. ACC-002 has a yellow CAUTION header and two separate blank fields marked “MAX LOAD\SHELF” and “MAX LOAD\BAY.” Add the applicable ratings and units with a marker or paint stick, as shown in the product images.

Three label sizes

• 11 inches wide × 5½ inches tall.
• 12½ inches wide × 4 inches tall.
• 24 inches wide × 5 inches tall.

Each size is available in quantities of 1, 10, 25, 50, 100, or 200 labels. Measure the intended posting surface and choose a format that fits without covering existing identification or instructions.

Separate spaces for shelf and bay ratings

The two fields let you identify the applicable shelf limit separately from the bay limit. Enter ratings for the actual rack configuration from the rack manufacturer, supplier, or a qualified professional responsible for establishing its capacity. Include the weight units so the entries are clear.

These are blank write-in labels, not capacity calculations or an engineering assessment. The sticker does not establish or increase a rack's load rating. If the correct limits are unknown, obtain them before filling in the label rather than estimating them.

Posting your labels

Choose a visible location that clearly associates the label with the shelf or bay it identifies, following the rack supplier's and your site's instructions. Use a suitable clean, dry surface and keep the completed entries legible. This product is an adhesive label, not a rigid capacity plaque or label holder.
