What the Illustration Shows

The artwork shows the hook block contacting the boom tip, the two-blocking condition addressed by the warning. Movement arrows accompany the printed captions Tirón del cabrestante, Extensión de la auge and Auge abajo, as shown on the label.

Match the language, dimensions, complete warning and illustration to your equipment manufacturer's required replacement label. This label does not replace required anti-two-block equipment, a load moment indicator, rated capacity limiter or other crane safety equipment.

Recommended Placement

For a cab-operated telescopic crane, we recommend a visible interior cab panel near the hoist and boom controls where the warning can be read from the seated operating position without obstructing windows, instruments or load charts. For a ground-control boom truck, we recommend a visible panel beside the crane controls that can be read before operating the hoist or boom.
