Warn people of a crane overhead with this DANGER — CRANE OVERHEAD sign. The text-only design has white DANGER lettering inside a red oval on a black header, with large black CRANE OVERHEAD lettering on a white lower panel. It has no directional arrow or crane illustration.
The vinyl option is an adhesive decal for a suitable surface; the aluminum option is a rigid sign. Both stock options carry the same warning wording and overall dimensions. Other sizes are available by special order; contact us to discuss your requirements.
As general guidance, choose a visible fixed location where people approaching the crane operating area can read the warning before entering. For aluminum, confirm your mounting arrangement before ordering; do not assume mounting holes or hardware are included. Do not cover equipment nameplates, controls, instructions, or other warnings.
This sign communicates the presence of a crane overhead. It is not a capacity marking, crane travel-direction label, or inspection record. It does not establish a restricted zone or replace barriers, training, supervision, or safe operating procedures. The oval danger header describes the artwork; its appearance alone does not establish OSHA or ANSI compliance or guarantee accident prevention.
