At 3.5 inches tall by 5 inches wide, these embossable aluminum equipment inspection labels give crews a place to record information on cranes, boom trucks, bucket trucks, and other machinery. Company identification is printed on the label; inspection details are added by embossing them into the surface.

How to record inspection details

Support the label on a firm, flat surface and use a ballpoint pen or stylus to press the information into the aluminum. The pressure creates an indentation for the details you record.

Personalize your order

Enter your company name, address, and phone number in the Notes section of checkout. To include a logo, reply to your order confirmation email and attach the logo file. Send the company details with your order so they can be printed on the labels.

Material and application specifications

  • Finished label size: 3.5 inches tall × 5 inches wide.
  • Face material: 3-mil coated soft aluminum (polyurethane), per the manufacturer.
  • Adhesive: permanent solvent acrylic; the material is not repositionable.
  • Application: apply to a clean, dry surface at 50°F or above.
  • Service temperature: 0°F to 122°F, per the manufacturer’s material sheet.
  • Outdoor exposure: the material sheet lists up to 2 years for vertical exposure under normal conditions. Actual performance can vary with the surface and application.
