Choosing Your Replacement Label

Compare the complete wording, dimensions and layout with the label specified by your equipment manufacturer. This design refers specifically to non-continuous rotation and hoses in the pedestal; it is not a universal crane rotation label.

I-004 is a caution decal, not a mechanical rotation stop, limit switch, hose assembly or swivel component. It does not set rotation limits, prevent over-rotation or establish OSHA or ASME compliance. Recommended Placement

For a crane or boom truck with ground-level rotation controls, we recommend a visible fixed panel beside those controls, readable from the normal operating position. Where the manufacturer specifies a pedestal location for this particular manual-rotation warning, preserve that location. For cab-operated equipment, follow the specified label position and ensure the warning is visible to the person performing the relevant operation.
