Crane Safety Sticker – Multi-Hazard Warning & Power Line Chart

SIGN-001

This multi-hazard crane safety sticker combines four illustrated warning sections in one vertical label: operating reminders, electrical hazards and power line clearance, do not two-block, and do not hoist personnel. A red DANGER header with a triangular alert symbol sits above the printed heading AVOID DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY.

Four Printed Crane Warning Sections

  • OPERATE SAFELY: Printed reminders address training, manuals, safety signs and guards, load and work-area charts, winch ratings, crane setup, moving outriggers, controls, wind, load positioning, travel preparation and maintenance.
  • ELECTROCUTION HAZARD / THIS CRANE IS NOT INSULATED / POWER LINE CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: A crane-and-power-line illustration accompanies warning text and a Table A voltage-clearance chart. The printed text references 1926.1407, .1408 and .1409.
  • DO NOT TWO-BLOCK: The warning describes contact between the lower load block or hook assembly and the boom-point sheave assembly or upper load block, with an accompanying illustration.
  • DO NOT HOIST PERSONNEL ON BOOM, HOOK, LOAD OR LOADLINE: A crossed-out personnel-hoisting illustration accompanies printed reminders about people in the work area and around the load.

Printed Table A Clearance Chart

The electrical-hazard section includes TABLE A – Minimum Clearance Distances While in Operation, listing nominal alternating-current voltage ranges and distances in feet and meters. Compare the complete chart and warning text in the product image with your equipment's required replacement label.

These descriptions identify printed label content, not job-specific operating instructions or a determination of required clearances. Confirm current applicable requirements and equipment instructions with the qualified person responsible for the work.

Choosing and Placing Your Replacement Label

Match the dimensions, wording, chart and illustrations to your crane manufacturer's replacement-label requirements. A combined warning label does not automatically replace separate warnings required at other locations, and it is not an anti-two-block device, inspection sticker or electrical-protection product.

For a cab-operated mobile crane, we recommend a visible interior cab panel with enough room for the full 8½ × 11-inch decal, where the operator can read all four sections without obstructing windows, controls, instruments or load charts. For a ground-control boom truck, we recommend a visible panel beside the operating controls that can be read before operation.

These are general recommendations, not verified factory locations for every model. Use the original label position when known and follow the manufacturer's decal-location guidance. Do not cover rating plates, instructions or other warnings. Follow the decal's application instructions and prepare a clean, dry surface.

This sticker communicates warnings. It does not prevent accidents, provide electrical protection or establish ANSI, OSHA or ASME compliance. It does not replace training, equipment instructions, job planning or required hazard controls.

Spanish-Language Alternative

For the Spanish-language four-panel design, compare the SIGN-001SP Spanish multi-hazard crane safety sticker. Both versions are listed at 8½ inches wide × 11 inches tall. Compare the full wording and artwork before selecting the required language version.
