EBu-002

Bucket Truck Electrocution Hazard Warning Sticker

This EBu-002 bucket truck electrocution hazard sticker warns of death or serious injury from contact with, or inadequate clearance to, electrical power lines and apparatus. The red, black, and white label combines the printed warning with an illustration of a worker in a bucket near power lines.

The sticker measures 7½ inches wide × 4¾ inches tall. Our labels are created, printed, cut, and shipped in the USA.

Non-OEM replacement for 670-40181 D.

Electrical Contact and Clearance Warning

The printed warning instructs operators to maintain safe clearance in accordance with applicable government regulations and allow for boom, platform, electrical-line, and load sway. It also includes a warning about the machine’s lack of protection when contacting or approaching another power line.

Printed Warning Text

DANGER, ELECTROCUTION HAZARD.

DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY

WILL RESULT FROM CONTACT WITH OR INADEQUATE CLEARANCE TO ELECTRICAL POWER LINES AND APPARATUS.

  • Maintain safe clearance from electrical power lines in accordance with applicable government regulations. Allow for boom, platform, electrical line and load safety sway.
  • This machine does not provide protection from contact with or proximity to an electrically charged power line when you are in contact with or in proximity to another power line.

Where to Place the Bucket Truck Electrocution Hazard Sticker

We recommend placing the decal inside the bucket near the upper controls, where the operator can clearly read the warning before operating the lift. An additional decal near the lower controls provides a warning for personnel operating from the ground. Choose a position that does not cover controls, operating instructions, or other safety labels. These are recommended locations, not model-specific factory mounting positions.

This warning sticker does not provide electrical protection, specify clearance distances, or replace operator training, equipment instructions, or safe operating procedures.

Electrocution Hazard vs. “This Unit Not Insulated” Bucket Truck Stickers

EBu-002 is a horizontal sticker warning of electrocution from power-line contact or inadequate clearance. The Bucket Truck “This Unit Not Insulated” Warning Sticker (EBu-003) has a vertical layout and prominently states “THIS UNIT NOT INSULATED.” Compare the printed warnings and dimensions, and select the label that matches your equipment’s classification and required wording; the two designs are not interchangeable simply because both warn of electrical hazards.
