Record a vehicle’s annual inspection date with this Annual Vehicle Inspection Sticker. The printed design displays a statement that the vehicle passed an annual inspection conducted in accordance with 49 CFR, Part 396, FMCSR.
Use a hole punch to punch out the month, day, and year corresponding to the date the inspection was performed. The printed date scale shows months 1–12, days 1–31, and year choices 2026–2029.
The sticker provides a place to display the inspection date and printed statement. It does not perform or verify an inspection, independently establish compliance, or replace records or other requirements applicable to the vehicle or operation.
